It has been quite a month for us here at BikeFit. We started the month in New York, just finished some
local training here in town and are in the midst of
the mad dash for Interbike 2010. In the meantime,
we thought you might enjoy a good note taking tip.

How do you keep track of yourself while
Through trial and error, we've developed some very simple and effective strategies for keeping track of
our work during all of the bike fits we perform.
In this tip, we'll discuss "medial-lateral cleat
adjustment" and our note taking strategy
throughout the process. Along the way, we'll
provide a few adjustment tips as well...

BikeFit Pro Education at Mike Fraysse's
Sports Resort in Glen Spey, New York
 This past month, we had the great privilege of spending a few days up at Mike Fraysse's Sports resort.
In the photo to your right, Joyce prepares to take a knee angle measurement during the "pre-fit" phase of a bicycle fitting.
Throughout the weekend, we had the privilege of training 7 great people. Here is a picture of the
group on the porch at Mike Fraysse's beautiful
mansion in Glen Spey.
Look for BikeFit to return to New York in the
