Our Program is based on longitudinal studies and ongoing documentation of babies in natural settings. We create uninterrupted play sessions for babies to follow their own curiosity and interest from motivation to mastery in movement play. This natural approach leads to an in-depth understanding of how babies move, communicate and learn.
Analysis of our video and photo vignettes provide new observation guidelines to understand the baby's intention in action and interaction.
We demonstrate how babies use all their capabilities in longer sequences. These abilities give babies essential skills to be active participants in social interactions. Babies with an expanded movement repertoire can modulate their expressive feelings in social play. Self-motivated babies create action plans, problem solve and express pleasure in what they can do.

Our ABM 5-Day Workshop involves deeply understanding the importance of FloorMoves for babies and parents during the first year. We encourage mastery of movement at each stage of the baby's development. In our innovative ABM Level 1 Program - Participants learn to:
- Recognize the Four Essential Movement Patterns in the Pre-Locomotion Baby and Locomotion Baby.
- Read preverbal communication cues and sequencing organization to interact effectively and enhance expressivity in play.
- Use Body positioning to engage and extend the baby's FloorMoves Sessions.
- Provide age-appropriate toys to develop handling skills that encourage the baby's exploration strategies.
