U.S. Supreme Court Says 'No' to First Sale Doctrine
In an important ruling for independent resellers in the U.S. of electrical apparatus, the U.S. Supreme Court was 'irrevocably split' regarding a First Sale Doctrine case between Costco and watch-maker, Omega.
