Meet Dr. Hong Yu Dr. Hong Yu

When Dr. Hong Yu moved to the U.S. from his home in China, he brought his years of experience as an engineer along with him. And while Dr. Yu has remained dedicated to teaching his students all about electrical engineering, his students and other members of the Capitol community have taught him about America and American culture.

So why did Dr. Yu pick Capitol College when he moved to the U.S.?

"First, it's a good community. There are many nice people and colleagues," Yu said. "Second, we can help each other here. So, the people here can help me learn more. Because I'm a foreigner, some people here have helped me learn and become familiar with American culture."
