Hopefully you're enjoying the warm weather as the summer continues along! At Capitol we're gearing up for the Fall semester by offering new alumni applicants a discount on master's degree tuition. Learn more about our Annual Golf Tournament and see the valuable advice a local CEO provides our alumni.

Tuition Discount for Alumni: Fall 2011

Graduation 2011

 

Beginning in the Fall 2011 semester, new alumni applicants to one of Capitol's seven master's degree programs will receive a 10% tuition discount.

Alumni do not need to do anything except follow the normal admissions process to receive the discount. Alumni seeking a second or third master are also eligible.

Currently enrolled students are not eligible for the discount.

This past month, Patton Electronics CEO Robert Patton answered some of the questions that are on the minds of recent alumni and current students. Having built a relationship with Capitol over the years, Patton was more than happy to lend advice to those searching for a job in this turbulent market, and for those just looking to get ahead in their careers.

Save the Date: Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament, Sept. 23 

Join fellow alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of the college at the 2011 Scholarship Golf Tournament on September 23, 2011 at Glenn Dale Golf Club in Glenn Dale, Md.Logo golf ball

The tournament begins at 8 a.m. and will raise funds for student scholarships. The entry fee is $130 per person or $425 per foursome. All players will receive a free post-tournament round of golf at Glenn Dale.

Your fee also includes: a light breakfast, lunch, green fee and cart, tees, a ball marker repair tool, Capitol logo ball, Capitol shirt, and a Capitol sport bottle. The tournament will also include a long drive contest, closest to the pin contest, and a raffle. Returning sponsors will also receive a free hole sign.
