Prayer Corner 
Our friend
Ernest Finklia's son (also named Ernest) and his family are emigrating to
Israel as missionaries. Ernest will be serving at Calvary Chapel Jerusalem but
that is an unpaid position. Let's pray that God will grant them favor in selling
their home here in America, finding a new place to live and a job in the Holy
Land....take a moment and pray right now....

A Word of Encouragement 
2 Corinthians 5:1 (NKJV)
For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is
destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in
the heavens.
The evidence that God created the heavens and the earth is overwhelming.
There is simply no natural step by step means, ever observed or even
realistically conceived in thought experiments, by which many systems could
have come about without the plan and power of an amazing engineer. So why is it
so difficult for some people to believe that the same God who created it all
also promises to give His followers a new body someday after death? He created
our current bodies by means of a natural reproduction method over which we had
no control. I did not pick my own DNA or have any say in where I would be born.
God promises that in the same way He created life, He will protect our
conscious existence until such a day as He decides to create a new body for us
- a body without flaw. Based on the power and magnificence of the created
things I see all around me today, I can believe my soul is safe is in His
hands.

Thank You
In order to start our Youth Venture Teen Center
we're going to need a fund raising promotional video. The promotional video is
being made and our friend Gerard Ramalho has recently volunteered his talents
(he's a television news anchor in Las Vegas) to narrate and help produce our
video. Thanks Gerard.

Operation New Neighbor
Our first set of letters are being addressed as
you read this letter. Keep this ministry in prayer since even having the best
letters in the world will not draw a person's heart to learn from God's Bible
at FourteenSix - only God's spirit will do that. Let's be in prayer together
that God will draw new people to us through this effort.

Vision
Many visitors are often hurting, seeking people
- and many are not believers at all. It is our vision to draw in as many people
as we can by every means the Lord allows so we can share the good news about
following Jesus with them. Operation New Neighbor is a means of doing this - it
is a very real response to God's command to "go and make disciples". This is putting
our vision into reality.
