What's Happening in Wine Country
    Iced apples
April started out tough for apple growers!

After the beautiful March, April started out a bit shakey!  The passes got record snow the first two weeks of April stopping many RVs from making the trip over the hill.  But what a turnaround.  The sun came out and we had days well into the 70's.  The park was packed for both pre-Spring Barrel Tasting and
Spring Barrel Tasting.  Our new Facebook page at Wine Country RV Park Facebook launched in April and we are already getting feedback from guests staying at the park.  Join as a friend and leave us your comments.
This Saturday, May 1st, marks the season start of our Farmers Market.  Join our local Kiwanis for breakfast  every Saturday at the market and then pick up your produce just in fresh out of the field.  If you make if for the 1st Saturday in May, you can also hit the "City Wide Yard Sale".  If that is not enough to keep you entertained, Cinco de Mayo, a celebration of the Hispanic culture in the Yakima Valley is here to give you a taste of their music, food and culture.
Is spring cleaning and yard work already getting mom down??  Take her to Wine Country and get her away from those nagging chores.  Join us for Mothers Day for sunshine and wine at Wine Country RV Park.

As we get older we become experts!

"Every man gets a narrower and narrower field of knowledge in which he must be an expert in order to compete with other people. The specialist knows more and more about less and less and finally knows everything about nothing."

Deb & Rich's Corner

Spring Barrel tasting kicked off what looks to be a fun and busy season here at Wine Country RV Park. The park was full and all of our guests were out and about enjoying the many offerings of our outstanding wineries, restaurants, and downtown shops.  Memorial weekend is almost full, so call today to check out availability.  Non-holdiay weeks offer less traffic and a more casual experience in the wineries and surrounding activities.  Wine Country RV Park has become a destination stay when visiting wine coutnry in the State of Wshington.  Come see us!!Airfield sign
