Quick Tips: Emailing Contracts
Would your volunteers like to have the ability to email completed sponsorship contracts generated in the Online System instead of printing them and then faxing them? With a simple free program, they can print the finished contract to a PDF that's ready to email. They may even have a print to PDF printer device available from the print setup box. If not, they can follow this link for a free program call Bullzip-PDF-Printer. After clicking "Print" on the finished contract, they should select the "Bullzip PDF Printer" as the printer. It'll save the finished contract as a PDF that your volunteers can email. Very easy!
