The Ilhan Food Allergy Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of people with anaphylaxis by raising funds for medical research and education, and raising public awareness of the issues surrounding anaphylaxis. Their current research involves three projects which are investigating new ways to understand, prevent and treat anaphylaxis. The Ilhan Foundation has also developed a Primary School curriculum for students in years Prep to Grade 6, which celebrates differences and helps kids to better understand food allergies and other chronic health conditions.
