Quest-Beyond the Stars
June 4-10, 2012
Greetings!

This week, we are in the midst of our June TV fundraiser. One of our programs features Joe Bonamassa, who will be appearing at the Florida Theatre in December. You can support WJCT by purchasing tickets to his concert.

Another program features PBS' Dr. Joel Fuhrman, who will be the morning keynote speaker at this year's Speaking of Women's Health on August 25. Buy your Speaking of Women's Health tickets early, and be entered for a chance to win a commuter package to Dr. Fuhrman's 2012 Health Getaway in Amelia Island.

On Wednesday, we bring you a special First Coast Connect, featuring Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) President Steve Wallace and Board Chair Jim McCollum, who will discuss the state of the school. Be sure to listen at 9am on 89.9 WJCT-FM!

Today is the first day of the 49th Annual Great Auction! From dining certificates to sports, kids, pets and more, we offer a wealth of items, with bidding beginning at 25% of value. It's a great way to shop, while supporting WJCT. Check it out.

Stay tuned!
