Wine, Dine and Dance at Moonlight Magic on June 10
Join the Massey Alliance at the 9th Annual Moonlight Magic presented by Gilbane. Enjoy local wines from James River Cellars, tasty edibles from Champagne Taste Catering and Pearl's Cupcake Shoppe and the lively sounds of Flat Elvis.
Tickets are $40 and include two drink tickets, transportation to and from City Limit by To the Bottom and Back Bus (optional) and a tasting glass. Proceeds from the evening's wine sales and a fabulous silent auction will benefit cancer research at Massey. The planning committee for the Women & Wellness Forum Series, presented by the Jenkins Foundation, is pleased to announce that the 2012 keynote speaker will be Geralyn Lucas.

Ms. Lucas, best known for her book Why I Wore Lipstick to My Mastectomy, joins a long line of notable women who have taken the stage at this signature benefit for women's cancer research hosted at The Jefferson.

BECKY'S GARDEN SHOWCASED AT RECENT SECRET GARDEN PARTY | |
More than 200 enthusiasts of Richmond's most beloved downtown green spaces, gardens and historical sites enjoyed the 2nd Annual Secret Garden Tour held on May 12th.

Massey Cancer Center was pleased to again have the opportunity to feature Becky's Garden in full bloom. Guests were treated to lovely guitar music, a buffet of cancer risk-reducing food and drinks, and expert advice provided by Massey's own Dr. Diane Baer Wilson and Dr. Doug Arthur.
Massey received rave reviews for our most enchanting healing garden and tasty food...many thanks to all who helped make the evening a success. Photos from the event are posted on Team Massey's page on Facebook.

| MASSEY ALLIANCE OFFERS FREE FITNESS CLASSES EVERY SATURDAY* AT THE 17TH STREET FARMERS' MARKET | Join the Massey Alliance every Saturday at the 17th Street Farmers' Market. Volunteers of the Massey Alliance are proud to be introducing a new community initiative that will engage and educate young professionals about reducing risk of cancer through nutrition, fitness and healthy living. The Alliance is offering two programs throughout the 2011 market season.
Community Exercise Classes- Every Saturday at 10 a.m. *(through September 10)
- Outdoors at the market (If raining, class moves indoors to Richmond Balance)
- Free and open to the public
- Presented by Richmond Balance, Shockoe Bottom's neighborhood gym
- Cardio Circuit, Boot Camp, Yogilates, CORE, Body Strength and more
