Did you know PSN can process lock box payments too?  Save time spent on processing checks and have payments sent to PSN for processing.  A batch can then be sent directly back into Banyon.

Purchasing a second entity at $695 allows you to do the payroll and accounting for entities that have a separate tax id number. 

Another entity can also be setup  for utility billing to bill another community or area.

*If you are buying Microsoft Office 2010, DO NOT BUY THE 64 BIT, get the 32 bit version as there have been problems with the 64 bit.

*If your BDS Software gets a Run Time error upon opening in the morning, your Windows operating system was probably updated overnight and some settings were reset.  A permanent fix for this is to run an update to Access 2003 Runtime from this link: 
Runtime Update and then click on "Download Update Access 2003 Runtime Fix and then choose run.  This download will also remove the question to allow LaunchAccess.exe to run everytime a BDS application is launched.

If you are not using the recurs or budget increase/decrease tool, please see the manual for details.  Using these can save you time, especially the recurs each month.  Please check it out.

 

Browsing the new manual you will find other features you might not be currently utilizing as well.  I encourage you to print and take a look.
