Adding Additional Entities To Banyon Software
|
Did you know that you can purchase an additional Banyon Entity for your Accounting, Payroll, Utility Billing Software? This allows you to keep separate records and tax ids if you want to do payroll and accounting separately for the library, park board, or a neighboring city. Furthermore, you can also have an additional entity in utility billing if you want to do the billing for another entity. Very easy to do and set up. Contact Chris for more details at 800-229-1130. |

Utility Billing Late Notices & Disconnects
|
Once in a while when talking to customers on the phone we find out they are doing a mail merge from Banyon Utility Billing to Word for late notices. You are going through way to much work. Banyon has penalty/late notice bills to print. You can print these right on your postcard stock or use full sheets of paper. Give us a call immediately if you are doing this by hand or a mail merge as we can save you a few hours of frustration. This is already available, no modules needed to purchase.
If you want to get a little more advanced and use a special form for your disconnects, we do have a disconnect notice module and a door tag/hanger. You can use either one of them. Take a look at the sample here The disconnect notice tears off and folds into a window envelope. Cost of the disconnect notice is a one time fee of $295. |
