Greetings!

Banyon has new features in the Deposit Slip Module, Disconnect Notice Module, & Point of Sale Software.

The Deposit Slip Module can now be pre-printed in magnetic ink for the routing number and account number.  Banyon then prints the rest of the deposit slip as normal.

The Disconnect Notice Module now has the option to be printed on a door knob hanger form.  If you are currently doing disconnect notices in word, you are working way to hard.  Let the Banyon Disconnect Notice Module do the work for you.

Point of Sale Software will now let you continue entering transactions while doing end of day/mid day processing.  Before, you had to shut down the registers toward the end of day and wait until the balancing was finished before entering new transactions.  This version is currently in test release and will be available soon.

Utility Billing Email Billing & Online Credit Card Payment

Revtrak will create a webstore for your organization to accept online credit card payments.  Simply click the button to export data to your webstore and it is available for customers to log on and pay via credit card.  Revtrak then creates a receipt batch that is sent back to Banyon utility billing.

Email Banyon Utility Bills in a nice pdf format.  PDF Blaster Action Docs will also let you know if customer received email and if they opened it.  History option allows you to easily resend an email bill to a customer.
