Our preliminary testing has found that Windows 7 is compatible with Banyon Software.

Year End Time Saving Modules
Utility Billing:

Certification To Taxes:  Easily certify customer account balances to an electronic file and send to the county.  Easy to setup and provides an edit list before certification is done.  MORE INFO  $395

Tier Reporting (Rate Study):  Want to know what would have been generated in revenue from previous periods if the rates were raised.  MORE INFO  $395

Fund Accounting: 

Manage Payables:  Popular for year end.  Expense item in December and pay in January.  Expense account is debited and accounts payable credited in month created.  $395  MORE INFO

Fixed Assets:  Helps track inventory and calculate depreciation of assets.  $795  MORE INFO

Payroll:

Retirement Reporting:  Stop doing state retirement reporting by hand.  We have the following retirement reports available:  MN, IA, ND, WI, SD, IN, & Alaska.  $595  (click each state for details)

Utility Billing:

Utility billing does not have any special year end steps except for on December 31st, make a backup of your data and mark it 123109UtilityBilling.  You can also print an account balance report and file it as auditors usually want to know what the balances were then.
