Tube Stock Bagging
Tube stock machines use bags that are fed from a roll. The bags are pre sealed on three sides and the machine indexes the roll to the next bag and blows the open end with an air jet so you can deposit the product.
Bars are polythelene or polypropelyne and plain or preprinted. The only style available with this type of bagger is a pillow type. Product is typically fed into the bagger by a scale feeder or vibratory bowl feeder with a counter or by hand. Machines can be configured with Thermal transfer or stamp printers to put batch or lot code information on the bag. Flow wrappers can cycle over 100 bpm. Bags can include a hole punch for hanging.
Tube stock baggers are often used for discrete count pieces like nut & bolts, plastic pieces, electronics etc...
