Equipment Rental Program!
|
Right Stuff Equipment is dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and are pleased to announce our equipment rental program!
This new program has been designed for your specific needs.
You can rent equipment to test out the market's reception to your new product launch. If the reception is good we will help with high speed automation. If not, then you can return the equipment with a minimal amount invested. Test the market before you buy!
- Need to comply with HACCP?
Many retailers are pushing suppliers for HACCP compliance. With a number of product safety problems in the market recently, HACCP is gaining importance. One of the items regularly needing to be put into place is metal detection. With lead times on new equipment running 6-16 weeks, you will not need to wait to get that metal detection in place. We will even credit rental costs toward the purchase of the new machine, and will have the peace of mind to know that your product is safe!
Well, this is just the program for you! Our Equipment rental program can keep you up and running while your equipment is fixed. We can probably fix it for you too. We have trained engineers that do repair and maintenance on processing, packaging and material handling equipment.

Ban on US Beef? |
|
The Associated Press released an article concerning the safety of beef being processed. Recently a shipment of beef containing spinal column was discovered in a Japanese meat processing facility.
Bovine spongifrom encephalopthy or "mad cow disease" is a degenerative nerve disease in cattle. Human consumption of this contaminated meat is linked to Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease. American meat needs to be more thoroughly screened to avoid such situations. In 2003 Japan imposed a ban on US beef imports when the first case of mad cow was found in the US. The ban was lifted in 2005 and then reinstated in January 2006. In July of 2006 the US was allowed to import beef once again to Japan.
Many measures have been taken by the Japanese to reduce the possibility of importing beef posing a threat to the consumer. We also need to consider implementing more measures to reduce the risk of shipping contaminated meat. The use of x-ray technology in processing plants has been shown to be more effective in reducing the amount of processed meat leaving the plant with any bone or metal contaminants.
This article confirms the need for x-ray technology in meat processing plants!
