The Central Valley Fund ("CVF") is pleased to announce the combination of Delta Horseshoe Company ("Delta") with Mustad Hoofcare Center ("Mustad"), a leading global manufacturer of farrier-related products. Delta, a leading marketer and distributor of farrier and horse care products to the equine industry, has been a part of CVF's portfolio since October 2007. CVF retired its mezzanine position as a result of the combination.
 
Mustad's 175 years of manufacturing expertise and Delta's extensive distribution experience and knowledge within the farrier industry will complement each other in providing farriers, horse owners, and veterinarians with access to a broader product base and easier shipment and delivery processes.  Delta's current President, Remco van der Linden, will become President of the combined company.  Delta's current headquarters in Rocklin will remain one of two central offices for the new organization.
