Awareness of Surroundings.
Look out your window or look up if you are on your mobile device. Note as many variations in color as you can. Slowly. If you can't sense color, note the variations in texture you see. By being aware of our surroundings (or senses or other specifics in and around us) we experience a connection to our selves and we often feel better/calmer. I call it
getting out of the head and into the heart of sensation.
