 Warm weather brings birds, flowers - and visitors! Family. Friends. People you want to see and people you maybe don't want to see (or spend a lot of time with). Immediate Stress Relief
This meditation technique is more powerful than it might seem. It will help identify your deep feelings and give you insights about your own life. Start by reading the story, "The Cracked Pot." Then use the 6 S's to reflect on what you've read: Stop - Sit comfortably - Stillness - Silence - See what emerges - Synthesize.
