 Are your Holidays "over?" Filled with over-planning, over-eating, over-spending, over-drinking, over-decorating, and just plain over-doing?
Are you wondering how you can deepen ways to reclaim the spirit of what this time of year means to you and to those you love?
Holiday celebrations originated as ways to bring light and peace into winter solstice where daylight is precious. A challenge of the season is to find activities and people (or solo time) that feed your soul and strengthen your inner light. Some of us let go of customs and traditions that cast shadows on our true selves. Others stay rich in history.
I am happy to assist you in your journey toward more peacefully managing the days ahead. For each of us, the challenges are quite different! I have developed a Less - Stress Pass, noted below!
