A
Half-Day Meditation Retreat With
Mark Hart
Give yourself the chance to touch the silence and stillness of your
being that is the source of real joy, energy, and connection. The
retreat will consist of alternating periods of meditation, silent
walking, and teacher-led exploration of inner stillness,
heart-centered knowing, and the barriers in us we find to it. Beginners are welcome.
The retreat will be followed
by optional brown-bag lunch and conversation from 12:30-1.
Private interviews
with Mark are also available from 1-4:30 PM (at
30 minute intervals.)
Registration:
$15
Plus
dana (free-will offering) for the teaching.

Chas DiCapua is currently the Insight Meditation Society's Resident Teacher, and has offered meditation since 1998. He's Brewster's Tuesday evening- Parish room, visiting teacher.
Friday night will be 5$ plus dana for the teaching.
Just come by. Feel free to bring your favorite meditation cushion (though chairs are provided.)
