Firebirds wanted a direct marketing campaign that would entice guests into becoming repeat customers.  In order to do so, their marketing department teamed with Creative Marketing Solutions to create and produce an outstanding promotion.

The Everybody's a Winner Thank You Card Campaign. 
 
The campaign was intriguing and exciting for both Firebirds employees and most importantly their guests.  For a limited period of time, Firebirds restaurants were handing out perforated promotional cards to their guests to thank them for choosing Firebirds.  Every card contained a prize on the inside; $10 off, $25 off, lunches for two, dinners for two, 10% off or 20% off your next meal.  One card actually gave a $1,000 Firebirds VIP card to one big winner!  The only catch was that the guest could not open their promotional card until there next visit, so they had no idea what they had won until a Firebirds employee opened it for them.

This promotion received an outstanding 22.12% response rate.  Firebirds restaurants were packed with very satisfied repeat customers for months.  Everyone was happy because everyone was a big winner.  Firebirds offers a dynamic dining experience and this promotion really captured the essence of the Firebirds experience.
