- Smaller portions/better choices
- Eating throughout the day, breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner, snack with a lot of water.
- Counting/watching calorie intake
Exercise:
- Walking/jogging 1-3 miles, about 5 times a week

- He no longer eats anything that can be purchased and handed to him through his car window
- No seconds at dinner
- No snacking
- Almost zero alcohol consumption

- Trying to spend his time more actively
- Less sitting
- Less TV
