New Works #13
New Works Photography Awards program helps artists to complete an in-depth photographic series, and provides the infrastructure
needed for national visibility and a professional exhibition in the New York
area. It is open to U.S. based photographers of Latino, African,
Asian, Native American or Pacific Islander heritage.
