an International Photography Competition Celebrating En Foco's 35th Anniversary

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: JUNE 24

En Foco, Inc and Canson Infinity invite fine art and documentary photographers of any nationality or ethnicity to submit work. Our aim is to identify and promote talented emerging and mid-career artists working today, creating cross-cultural dialogue, and providing artists with exposure and access. This competition is open to all photographers, and all photo-based works are eligible.


FEE: $45 for 5 images from the same series; All entrants also receive a one-year Membership to En Foco, which includes a subscription to Nueva Luz magazine, discounts, an in-house portfolio review, and more!

Portfolio Review Sesssion 2008 This En Foco program offers one-on-one reviews with several arts professionals on the same day, in a supportive, nurturing and affordable environment.


Choose from 20 curators and arts professionals for a guaranteed a minimum of three 20 minutes reviews, an article by Mary Virginia Swanson to help you prepare, and a gift bag.

Through exhibitions, workshops, events and publications, it provides professional recognition, honoraria and assistance to photographers as they grow into different stages of their careers.
