Getty Images Grant for Editorial Photography

Getty Images will award five photojournalists individual grants of $20,000 each. Grant recipients are given the opportunity to sign a one-year exclusive-rights deal with Getty Images whereby their work will be marketed and available for license to customers worldwide through gettyimages.com, while retaining copyright of their imagery.

Artists & Communities Grant

MidAtlantic ArtsArtists & Communities provides opportunities
for professional artists, residents of the
DC, NJ, NY AND PA to collaborate with nonprofit organizations in projects that result in the creation of new work, and involve members of the host community in active participation in the artistic process.

Participating organizations must be located in the Foundation's service area of DE, DC, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, WV and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

En Foco is a non-profit organization that supports contemporary fine art and documentary photographers of diverse cultures, primarily U.S. residents of Latino, African and Asian heritage, and Native Peoples of the Americas and the Pacific. Founded in 1974, it achieves its mission by introducing artists to local communities and a national audience, creating a cultural synergy with the public, curators and arts professionals through exhibitions, publications, workshops and events.
