Need One-on-One Computer Help?
 We've combined Senior 1:1 and Mac 1:1 into 1 on 1 Computer Help! Computer volunteers are on hand to educate, inform and answer questions about computers, the Internet, Microsoft applications and other technology issues. If you have Apple questions, want to share ideas, or just discuss Apple's latest technologies, a volunteer specializing in Apple services will be available. Bring your devices and questions. Wireless access is available. Please note new fields within the online registration form about your questions and device type. To register online, choose the 1 on 1 Computer Help session(s) that you would like to attend from the dates below. You can also register by calling 734-475-8732 or coming into the library. Registration is important so that we can prepare for your questions with enough volunteers. Science Saturday @ the Library
Saturday, January 14-Workshop 1: How YOU Work. What are you made of and what do all those stats mean? We will explore what makes you, you. We'll look at the building blocks of us (cells and DNA), figure out what all those numbers that doctors care about really tell us and how it all works together. Register for workshop 1.

BYOB: Bring Your Own Bag
Remember to bring your own reusable bag to the library. To save money and to reduce the use of plastic, we have stopped providing plastic bags.
If you forget to bring a bag, the Friends of Chelsea District Library have eco-friendly bags for sale. Purchase one bag for $9 or two bags for $15, available at the Check Out Desk.

The Chelsea District Library is nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide equal access to quality resources that serve the lifelong cultural, educational and informational needs and interests of all people.The Library currently serves 14,000 residents in the Chelsea district - City of Chelsea plus Dexter, Lima, Lyndon and Sylvan townships and more than 20,000 individuals visit the Library each month. The Library's state-of-the-art facility is an access point for information. In addition to providing dynamic services to complement and support local schools and other important community needs, the Chelsea District Library strives to present timely, interesting and high-quality programs and events to engage and enrich the Chelsea community.
