Everyone has had a share of Honduras one way or another recently, presidential succession to protect the constitution, football world cup participation, Nike pay out, second place in Math World Competition, second largest coral reef in the world, third from the button up in poverty in the western hemisphere, etc.

The question is how do we bring more FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), are we ready to attract world class business to invest in this country? One thing for sure... we need to get first place in attracting FDI soon...

The Honduran workers are very productive and easily trainable, very good infrastructure, very attractive investment laws, Free Trade Zones, and a very good location. What else do we need?

This year our Government is putting together a big event to attract business people to take a look at what Honduras has to offer. Some of the people that has confirmed their participation are Bill Clinton and Carlos Slim.

The event is going to happen in November 4 & 5 here in San Pedro Sula.

I will try to get more information about this event and I will put it on future news letters to keep you informed.
