Franco and Victor (owners of TSR) are caring and generous. They have done countless fundraisers and charitable events for different issues since 1991. The fundraiser they had in 2005 for the victims of the Tsunami raised $4,000.00! They are very passionate about issues affecting the environment like global warming but in particular they are most passionate about endangered species.
TSRmeetup members donate $10 at the door. 100% of this goes toward the donation!
The goal is to raise $5,000.00!!!
Do you want to get a TSRmeetup VIP card?
This card allows you to have FREE admission to the club on Weds & Thurs. and all future TSRmeetup events. Please note the following:
Future TSRmeetup events WILL have a cover charge (except for those that have this card) The VIP card will have a cost $20 after this event How do you get the VIP card? RSVP for "The Last Polar Bear" event and donate $10 towards the fundraiser. That's it, receive the VIP card right then. The money raised from the donation of TSRmeetup members will be given to The World Wildlife Fund (www.worldwildlife.org )

What's New @
The Y2salsa Dance Studio
 Auditions for the 2nd Y2salsa student group is being held on Saturday,
Sept. 6th @ 3pm. Come prepared to have fun, sweat and learn to start
taking your dancing to a higher level. Spaces are limited. Audition fee is $5 and a detailed dance evaluation will be provided for each participant @ the audition.
The Y2salsa student group will consist of 16 sessions every Saturday for 2 hours for 4 months from 3pm-5pm. Students that participate will learn to improve their dance technique in Salsa & Hip-hop to have the option to perform a choreography that will consist of salsa and hip-hop at a special event or at local venues.
The students will have the opportunity to work with two advanced Instructors Karen Aguilar and Ronald Rios.
 The Y2salsa student group has been created for the students who would like to take their dancing to a higher level and improve their skills in timing, leading or following, spinning, styling, footwork and dance tricks technique to built attitude and confidence on the dance floor and on a performance stage. The choreography will consist of partnering, shines, styling and attitude. Please contact y2salsa@yeson2salsa.com for any questions and interest. Three days and nights of dancing, workshops, shows, and more! Every year the entire DC, Maryland and Virginia Salsa Community pulls together to showcase the home grown talent of instructors, dancers, DJs, and musicians. This event hosts artists, performers, dancers, and general salseros from around the world. There will be guests that attend from Chicago, Texas, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, California, Georgia, Puerto Rico, London, Paris, Holland, Mexico, Canada, India, China and more!

Prices increase on August 1st. The 3-Evening pass allows full access to the evening shows and social dancing in the main ballroom and the International Room on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Evening.
