With patented PHIL HiVolŪ Water Tank, you can convert an existing haul truck into a water truck that can typically spray the entire width of you haul road in one pass. Our independently operated spray heads allow the operator to run one, all, or any number in between to meet their needs, with infinitely variable flow settings.
HOW'S THE PERFORMANCE?
PHIL Water Tanks are built to maximize the capacity of the tank without overloading the truck. Our tanks are constructed of high strength 450+ Brinnell, corrosion-resistant steel for a lighter, more efficient tank weight / volume ratio.
IS IT ENJOYABLE TO DRIVE?
Many companies say their water tanks have water baffling capabilities - but no one has the extensive internal longitudinal and cross baffling system that is incorporated into PHIL water tanks. Our innovative and patented design eliminates front to back (and vice versa) water surge and minimizes side to side water movement. Through true compartmentalization of water, we are able to offer what we believe is the safest water tank commercially available for off-highway trucks.
SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT
People often ask us why our Water Tanks look so funny. To us, safety is serious business, and we don't take that charge lightly. Our internal philosophy for every piece of equipment we offer is that if we can't design and build a substantially better product than our competition, we won't do it. Through this mantra came our flat-top water tank design and additional safety features.
We understand that from time to time, people need to access the top of their tanks. If this is a reality, why would we want to create a rounded tank top that often is slick with water? To us, this is a potential safety hazard. It's because of this reason that we offer our flat-top tank design, which allows for easier mobility of personnel while on top of the tank.
