This is a comprehensive 40-hour Divorce Mediation training that is designed to cover basic theory and skills of divorce mediation including divorce law, financial aspects of divorce, parenting issues and family dynamics.

Certified as an approved training through the Association for Conflict Resolution, Family Section.

Includes all required components for Basic Mediation training, including basic mediation theory and skills, and is taught by a trainer certified by the New York State Office of Court Administration.

Upon completion, participants will be eligible to participate in NYCID's advanced mediation trainings and continuing education programs.

This training meets the Basic Mediation training requirements of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals and the New Jersey Collaborative Law Groups.
