Greetings!

I've got some exciting things to share with you this month! First, live from San Diego, I was interviewed by Bridget Naso of Inside San Diego about overcoming the fear of public speaking.

Next, I can't wait for you to see the results of a survey I've just completed of 100 executive women to find out the importance of public speaking. Here's data to support the importance for women to master this skill!

And, just for a laugh and no other reason, I'm delighted to share a hilarious short video called I Hate Public Speaking produced by Spoken Impact. Get ready to laugh out loud! Forward this to all who have the fear - and invite them to have a laugh!

Here's to your success!

I was invited as a guest on Inside San Diego, a morning talk show. See if any of my tips help you get ready for your next presentation.

The San Diego Business Journal featured three women-owned businesses this week. I was one of the lucky three! A special thank you to Tommy, Denise, Christina, Colin, Doris and Larny for the photo!

Women Shattering the Glass Ceiling

I've just completed a survey of 100 executive women in California to find out the importance of public speaking.

What I've learned is that more than education, experience, or technical expertise, mastering the skill of public speaking, including the ability to communicate ideas with confidence, and to persuade, to lead meetings and projects, puts women on equal footing with men in the workplace.

My goal is to help you start a dialog and a plan in your organization about how to create more women leaders. This report will help you set the stage.
