Knowing
Ourselves, Emotional Intelligence (EQ) & the Platinum Rule

Learning about our own hard wiring helps us have more of an appreciation of differences, and assists us in communicating more effectively. We are emotional by nature first, and then we are intellects. In order to be effective as fundraising professionals we must have a baseline understanding of our own hard wiring, EQ competency, and the Platinum Rule.

Cheri is a consultant with experience in facilitating experiential training programs for team development, motivation, improved morale, personal development, communication, and emotional intelligence as applied to business. She hsas 28 years of experience.

She is passionate about emotional intelligence as related to effective leadership. She holds a Bachelor's in Sociology from Oklahoma State University and a Master's in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University.
