Take a Swing at Elbow Pain |
Tennis Elbow, one of the top sports injuries, is a common injury for tennis players and golfers. It is also common for repetitive tasks using the forearm or wrist such as painting or hammering. Overuse or repetitive motion causes inflammation of the muscles of the forearm and the tendon that connects the muscles to the bones in the elbow resulting in pain and soreness on the outside of the elbow. Prevention of Tennis Elbow can be as simple as a proper racket grip, proper technique or stretching. For more information, click TENNIS ELBOW . |

Symptoms include mid foot swelling, tenderness, inability to bear weight, and pain in the foot that continues for longer than five days.
