The Rushford Area Chamber of Commerce is creating an evening to remember, where you can relax with friends at the Hoiland Mill and enjoy entertainment for all the senses. 

The evening is centered around the appeal of a great culinary experience.  Local restaurants will provide a sampling of tantalizing treats for you and regional vineyards will showcase some new varietals that are being harvested!  And just so the auditory senses don't get left out - we have brought in a terrific jazz band, Swing, Inc to complete the evening.

Chef Peter Botcher and Chef Doug Dahlgren will "duke it" out on Saturday night, September 17th, by preparing a 3 course meal to be judged and auctioned off that night for the lucky bidders to enjoy!
