Rushford, MN - 12/10/2010 -
As stated in the By Laws, "The Board shall approve, and publish not later than December 10th a public notification to all general members of the newly selected nominees for the Board of Directors.  Any additional candidates must be nominated by petition bearing signatures of 5 (five) members in good standing.   Petitions shall be filed with the nominating committee within 10 days after the member notification."

The Board of Directors have approved the following persons as Board of Director nominees: 

• Peggi Redalen, Elements of Design, Owner/Designer (new)
   
• Jim Roberton, Rushford State Bank, Executive Vice President (new)
   
• Gary Maurcoux, Rushford Dental, Owner/Doctor (2nd term)

Ratification of these nominees will take place during the Rushford Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet to be held on January 22nd, 2011 at the Rushford American Legion. Watch for specific details regarding the banquet with your membership renewal letter being sent via regular mail.
