UNIBROUE- La Fin Du Monde
Triple Fermented (9% Alcohol)

 Amber Gold in color with aromas of dried fruits (cranberry, apples,  blueberries). Nicely balanced on the palette with tastes of citrus and yeast.

La Fin Du Monde, literally means "The End of the World" and it is one of Quebec's Unibroue Brewery's most popular beer. 

 

It pairs nicely with crab and I found this recipe for Crab Chowder online, which went very well with La Fin Du Monde and my ultimate favorite--Duvel.
