The Texas Chapter of AAIDD is committed to improving services for people with IDD through professional development activities and community education. This year, in addition to the Annual Convention in San Antonio, the Texas Chapter will be hosting two seminars in the Spring, one on Medical Issues and the other on Behavioral Needs of people with IDD. The first seminar, Medical Mainstreaming, is scheduled for April 21, 2011, and will be held in Houston at The Center.
