Happy Holidays!
Greetings!

As we approach Christmas and the end of the year, I want to express my gratitude to all of you for your support and encouragement this past year. With you cheering me on, I was able to publish an 8 credit continuing education book and module for dietitians and nurses about the IC Diet (Interstitial Cystitis: A Guide for Nutrition Educators), I wrote an updated edition of Customizing the Interstitial Cystitis Diet, and together we have established a thriving community of over 740 members at the IC Diet facebook group. Finally, the IC Diet website is in the process of being updated. I know, it isn't done yet, but I have to save something for next year!

As always, I am interested to provide you with information that is important to you. If you have a moment, please respond to this email with your suggestions for newsletter topics in 2011.

Wishing you a blessed and pain free holiday season,

This is a great opportunity for us to come together as an IC community. The program will be heard by many who don't know about IC or painful bladder syndrome. If you cannot attend, pray that those who listen are touched by the plight of those who suffer in silence!
