Scaling an Innovative Education Program

10,000 Degrees (previously the Marin Education Fund) has provided educational equity through college access programs, scholarships, and support to under-served students in Marin County, California, since 1981. When the organization wanted to expand beyond the county, they knew they needed to think carefully about the resources necessary to grow their programs. TCC facilitated a business planning process, undertook a feasibility study, and conducted an in-depth evaluation to guide the organization's programmatic expansion.
