Building Arts Organizations that Build Audiences
Last year, TCC Group worked with The Wallace Foundation to design the content for their conference, "Building Audiences: Sustaining What Works." This event identified the most effective methods for growing audiences and explored strategies to support those practices. Wallace brought together leadership, programmatic, and marketing representatives from the 54 recipients of the Wallace Excellence Awards, a grant program to help build participation in the arts.
This was the third grantee conference that TCC planned with the foundation, collaborating with researchers and experts in nonprofit management, marketing, and communications. Focusing on sustainability, participants worked together to share success stories and inform future audience-building efforts.
