Greetings!

The snow has finally melted and the first flower buds of the season have begun popping up. Hopefully this is the start of a mild and long-lasting spring to come.

Spring Exterior Maintenance Inspections

The good news is that we all survived another harsh winter. The bad news is, your house may not have held up as well as you did.

Now that all of the snow has melted, if you haven't already done so, we suggest taking a walk around your house to see if there are any areas in need of repair. Things to pay close attention to include; gutters, window sills and any other horizontal surfaces which are more prone to wear.

Or, if you prefer, we'll be happy to come out and give you a free exterior maintenance inspection for any carpentry or painting you may need. We're only a click or a phone call away.

The Power of Pressure Cleaning

Did you know that pressure cleaning can extend the life of your exterior paint job by up to seven years?

If it has been three or more years since the exterior of your house was painted, now may be the time for a pressure cleaning. By pressure cleaning your home you will:

  - Remove acid rain residue, which can accelerate the deterioration of paint.

  - Remove any dirt or pollution film that may have adhered to your home.

  - Remove any contaminants that may have begun to grow on your home (mildew & algae).

  - Freshen up the appearance of your home.

  - Prolong the life of your paint job.

Pressure cleaning is much more cost effective than re-painting, and less disruptive as well. Most projects can be completed in one to two days.

Other areas of your home that can also benefit from regular pressure cleaning include; decks, patios, walkways, driveways, and pool surrounds.

Please give us a call today to schedule an estimate and have the exterior of your home looking bright and clean for the start of the outdoor season.
