Israel Blames Iran for Attacks in India and Georgia

Bombers targeted Israel embassy workers in the capitals of India and Georgia on Monday, detonating a device that destroyed an Israeli diplomatic car in New Delhi and planting an explosive on an Israeli diplomat's vehicle in Tbilisi that was defused.
