Coaches vs. Cancer - Team Morgan

We mourn the loss of Morgan Mysza and continue to allow her spirit to live on through Team Morgan. The goal of our Coaches vs. Cancer activities this year is to "keep Morgan's spirit alive in our community." Morgan will always be a special part of the CB East/CBAA community and our students want to honor her by establishing a scholarship fund in her name. In addition, we are collecting funds on behalf of TEAM Morgan in support of the Mysza family.

CB East/CBAA Coaches vs Cancer event

February 11, Saturday 8am-4pm

8AM-noon 3v3 tournament for boys and girls grades 3 - 8

Jump Ropers to entertain group

Guest speakers include: CEO of Fox Chase, Fran Dunphy; Coaches vs Cancer Team speakers

2PM- 3PM CB teachers vs CB East varsity athletes game.

3:15-4PM Student concert, raffle winners, etc.

CBAA Soccer Mission Statement

The CBAA Soccer program is dedicated to the task of promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer for the youth and families of the Central Bucks area. The CBAA Soccer program will strive to develop players at all ages and levels of play: recreational; travel; and premier. We are dedicated to developing players and coaches to the highest level through a quality instructional program.

CBAA soccer program will cultivate each player's mind, body and spirit by:

building, developing, and improving their skills and fitness levels
instilling confidence, initiative, emotional growth
embracing and nurturing a sense of community and teamwork
advocating high standards of sportsmanship and fair play

REMINDER: CBAA Soccer Leadership Applications are due by Friday, Feburary 10th

Anyone interested being considered for the positions of Soccer President or Soccer Director of Operations will need to complete and submit their Application package, which will include letters of recommendations, via email to the CBAA Vice Chair no more than 10 working days following posting of this announcement. Late applications may be entertained at the discretion of the CBAA Board and Soccer Steering Committee.

On January 29th, we annoucned the official commencement of the CBAA Soccer Leadership Search. We have developed a comprehensive list of management responsibilities and duties. It is our goal to announce the appointments of Soccer President and Director of Operations by Tuesday, March 6, 2012.

BUSC Spring 2012

U7 & U8 Academy

These Introductory programs are for players that are born between 8/1/03 & 7/31/05. All programs are run by BUSC Director of Coaching, Ryan Hayward. Sessions are held Every Friday April 6th - June 1st No Rainouts for training sessions!

A Special Note to Parents: The CBAA Buckingham United U7/U8 Academy is intended to be a supplement to your child's existing soccer team, and players are strongly encouraged to participate in the CBAA Spring Intramural Soccer season. The two programs are not mutually exclusive, and players that participate in both will surely benefit from the fun learning environments provided by IM Program Director, Neil Smart, and BUSC Academy Director, Ryan Hayward. Both program directors are working together to eliminate scheduling conflicts, making participation in both programs possible. Questions or Concerns, please email info@playccbaa.com.

We would like to honor volunteers at CBAA by giving them a spotlight! Has someone made a difference with you and your family at CBAA? Make it known by submitting a story about them! We'll publish it here or on our website!

We are blessed to have so many great volunteers that give their time, talent and such terrific efforts... all for our kids!
