Dear CBAA Soccer Member,
We would like to announce the official commencement of the CBAA Soccer Leadership Search. We have developed a comprehensive list of management responsibilities and duties. The goal is to announce the appointments of Soccer President and Soccer Director of Operations by Tuesday, March 6, 2012.
Anyone interested being considered for the positions of Soccer President or Soccer Director of Operations will need to complete and submit their Application package, which will include letters of recommendations, via email to the CBAA Vice Chair no more than 10 working days following posting of this announcement. Late applications may be entertained at the discretion of the CBAA Board and Soccer Steering Committee.
Completed application packages will be initially reviewed by the Soccer Steering Committee. The Soccer Steering Committee will conduct interviews with President and Director of Operations candidates. The Soccer Steering Committee will provide recommended candidates for each position for CBAA Board review. The CBAA will determine the need for interviews following its review of the candidates and the Steering Committee recommendations.
The CBAA Board will make appointments for both positions based on its review and the recommendations of the Soccer Steering Committee. The newly formed Soccer Mission Statement and application package follow below.

CBAA Soccer Mission Statement
The CBAA Soccer program is dedicated to the task of promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer for the youth and families of the Central Bucks area. The CBAA Soccer program will strive to develop players at all ages and levels of play: recreational; travel; and premier. We are dedicated to developing players and coaches to the highest level through a quality instructional program.
CBAA soccer program willcultivate each player's mind, body and spirit by:
- building, developing, and improving their skills and fitness levels
- instilling confidence, initiative, emotional growth
- embracing and nurturing a sense of community and teamwork
- advocating high standards of sportsmanship and fair play
