It is with great joy and excitement that we announce the answer to our prayers for another family to join us full time in the Camp David ministry!

Bruce Cook has joined Camp David as the year round Staff Ministries Director. Bruce will help us fulfill the second part of our mission statement which is "to develop leaders who will impact our world."  Bruce's responsibilities will include staff discipleship, recruiting summer staff, and running the summer staff program. 

Bruce and his wife Michelle, were our Support Staff Leaders this past summer and were a tremendous blessing. The rest of their family including Nate, Caleb, Kaitie, and Seth also served at camp. Their sending church is New Harmony Church, in Salem, MO.  Bruce brings a wealth of experience and education to the team. Bruce was an MK in South America till he was 9 and spent another portion of his youth as a camp staff kid. Bruce and Michelle have continued their camp involvement for many years of their marriage. Bruce and Michelle have served as Youth Directors/Youth Pastors in 3 churches for 20+ years. Bruce has a BA in Christian Camping and a MA in Church Ministry and Outdoor Education. Bruce's passions are his Savior, his family, teen ministry, photography, outdoors adventures, and soccer.

The Cook family will spend this fall raising their support with the goal of being full time as soon as possible! Please pray for the Cook Family that God would abundantly supply their support needs, and prayerfully consider how you can help.
