The Weston Senior Center and Friends of the Weston Public Library are presenting this program. Paul will be teaching mindfulness as a power therapeutic tool in the healing process in effectively facing stress, pain and illness. Through lecture, discussion, group support and guided meditation we will cultivate qualities of being leading to inner peace, health, happiness and healing.

Join Dr. Epstein for this six-week workshop, in which you will learn and practice mindful meditation as a practical tool for the writer. In guided meditations, we will practice techniques to enhance creativity and open the doors of insight and perception. We will also explore how to mindfully handle procrastination, anxiety, resistance, and all the other hindrances and obstacles that can arise in writing. The goal will be to apply what we learn and practice in meditation to the writing process, ultimately allowing you to write with comfort, passion, inner peace and presence.
