The present moment is where life can be found. Learning to see and be with things as they are, we relate to life with less fear and clinging. Experiencing life from a place of authentic wisdom, we learn to let go of the burdens we carry, bringing an increasing sense of peace and well being.
"When we carry a burden, it's heavy. When there's no one to carry it, there's not a problem in the world." -AJAHN CHAH
