Attitude Matters - The Glass is Always Half Full
Turning Lemons into Lemonade

Description: Using the serenity prayer as a guide, a powerful mind-body spirit medicine, we will explore how one can apply the same attitudes and perspectives to the process of aging.  How to face and be with life's difficulties with wisdom, compassion and grace....a lesson from Tuesdays with Morrie. Learn to have a beginners mind and live each moment and each day fresh and new.

Cultivate forgiveness, acceptance, serenity, peace, happiness and healing from within.

Understanding that while what's happening is important....
how we relate to it and our attitude towards it is just as more important....if not more, and that we are in charge and can choose to change our attitude.

When you change the way you look at things the things you look at change.

As we add life to our years, we add years to our life

Life is not measured by the breaths we take, it is measured by the moments that take our breath away.

May I have the serenity to accept the things I cannot change
the courage to change the things I can
the wisdom to know the difference

*The ongoing lecture series includes practical classes to learn how to be with pain and difficulty in a way that is healing with wisdom and compassion and humor. Practice mind-body skills and learn how to go from pain to singing in the rain. When you change the way you look at and be with things, the things you look at and be with change....even pain. Explore the liberating experience of facing painful truth.
